Senior Elevator Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the service/support team.
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of products and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
• Provide technical support remotely and on-site when required.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Train and guide junior engineers and support staff.
• Maintain service reports, documentation, and customer records.
• Coordinate with development, operations, and management teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service-level commitments.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Assist in testing and validating new software, hardware, or system updates.

Team Handling Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Conduct team meetings and provide technical guidance.
• Support skill development and training of team members.
• Ensure effective communication between customers and the service team.
• Manage escalations and critical customer issues.
• Track service KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Typically 2–3 years of experience in technical support, field service, elevator Installation, repairs, break downs, or customer service engineering.
