Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical installation work at solar and electrical project sites.
  • Execute AC/DC electrical wiring, panel installation, earthing, and cable management.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
  • Guide junior electricians and ensure adherence to site drawings and instructions.
  • Identify and resolve on-site electrical faults and technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company guidelines.
  • Maintain daily work reports and coordinate with site supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Polytechnic.
  • 3–6 years of field experience in electrical or solar installations.
  • Strong understanding of electrical tools, drawings, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to lead a small team and work at project sites.
  • Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
