Fault Diagnosis & TroubleshootingProficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting Siemens PLC-based machines and automation systems.
Predictive & Preventive MaintenanceExtensive hands-on experience in predictive and preventive maintenance of manufacturing plant machinery.
Data Collection & AnalysisAbility to collect and analyze daily machine data to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring issues.
Compliance & Maintenance SystemsAwareness of ISO, OHSAS systems, maintenance management processes, and key maintenance KPIs such as Availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
Continuous Improvement & Cost Saving InitiativesActive participation in TPM, Kaizens, 5S, continual improvement activities, and cost-saving projects.
Must:
Diploma In Electrical/Electronics /Instrumentation Engineering/ with 8-10 Year Experience or
Engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience

Should know about basics of Mechanical elements in a machine

Working Experience in Defense Sector.
