Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Construction sites (PAN India)

Job Summary:

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the electrical systems for various projects. This role requires expertise in electrical engineering, project management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians.

3. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, architects, and contractors.

4. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success.

5. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to electrical standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality work.

6. Client Communication: Communicate with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.

7. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred.

2. Experience: 4+ years of experience in Project Execution roles.

3. Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.

2. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
