Senior Electrical Engineer - RF Design

In this role, you have the opportunity to modify, design, develop and maintain MR products realization of a range of products in such a way that future products options and features can be realized with acceptable effects for the earlier products. You are responsible for identifying appropriate technologies for overall system, sub-system and component levels. You will ensure that your design is consistent with the higher-level architecture and requirements.

Your Role:

  • Develop electromechanical products based on customer requirements and optimal manufacturing processes.
  • Evaluate project feasibility and define hardware/software interfaces.
  • Create schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation.
  • Set up and run tests, analyze data, and troubleshoot failures.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure safety compliance, reliability, and serviceability of systems.
  • Resolve technical and field product issues with effective solutions.
  • Transfer designs to manufacturing and support realization strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with processes, standards, and regulations.

You are a part ofu00A0MR coils R&D, Pune under Diagnostics imaging business, managing E2E product development, sustenance activities.

You are fit if:

  • M.Tech / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics Engineering.
  • 4+ years in system/subsystem design & development (medical devices preferred RF coil development a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of RF electronics, product development, sustenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on expertise with Six Sigma tools, risk management, and DFMEA.
  • Proficient in DfM, DfC (Cost), and DfR (Reliability) practices.
  • Experience with design documentation (schematics, PCB layouts, test data, FMEAs).
  • Skilled in system/subsystem testing, troubleshooting, and engineering problem-solving.
  • Effective communicator with experience presenting updates to management.
  • Collaborative team player across supply chain, procurement, quality, regulatory, service, and marketing.
  • Familiarity with localization and supplier development is an advantage

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.

This role is an office-based role.
