Role Description

⚡ Assist in electrical load calculations, panel schedules, and system sizing for building projects

⚡ Support preparation of lighting & power layouts, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams in compliance with NEC, IBC, IFC, and local codes

⚡ Assist with voltage drop calculations and short-circuit analysis under senior guidance

⚡ Support lighting designs and photometric studies using Visual 3D / AGi32

⚡ Help prepare lighting control layouts and schedules

⚡ Assist with energy compliance documentation (Comcheck, T24 submissions via EnergyPro)

⚡ Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support low-voltage systems (fire alarm, CCTV, access control, etc.)

⚡ Assist with submittals, RFIs, and BIM coordination tasks

What we're looking for:

✅ 1–3 years of relevant electrical design experience

✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD; exposure to Revit MEP/BIM is a plus

✅ Basic understanding of building codes and standards (NEC, IBC, IFC)

✅ Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills

✅ Proficiency in English
