Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in construction and site execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Electrical Installation Works across Commercial, Residential, and IT Building projects. The role requires site-based project execution, coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Note: Immediate joiner required (01 month notice period).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute electrical installation works such as:
- Cable laying (Power & Control)
- Cable tray installation
- LT / HT Panel installation and termination
- Conduit and wiring work (Light, Power, and DB circuits)
- Lighting fixture installation and testing
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities, manpower, and materials.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for timely work execution.
- Conduct quality inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at site.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material records, and work checklists.
- Support Project Manager in billing documentation and material reconciliation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 10 Years
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of electrical installation standards.
- Familiarity with cable sizing, load distribution and panel connections.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD drawings, MS Office, and site reporting.
- Should be able to read and understand electrical drawings.
