Senior Electrical Engineer

Your Next Role

• Undertake detailed electrical engineering building services design and calculations.
• Use Revit and Amtech software to support building design, performance, and embodied carbon assessments.
• Embrace technologies to improve sustainability and contribute towards net-zero targets by 2030.
• Deliver projects to excellent standards, within deadlines and budget.
• Represent Buro Happold at client, site, and external design meetings.
• Produce and review reports, presentations, models, drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and design development reports.
• Plan and manage Revit inputs for production of design work.
• Engage with colleagues across disciplines in discussions, events, and seminars.
• Mentor junior engineers, with potential for early line management responsibilities.
• Autonomously represent Buro Happold to clients, architects, and collaborators.
• Prepare and review detailed design calculations, specifications, schedules, and reports.
• Manage project finances, monitor scope, and ensure quality.
• Keep leadership informed on key service/design decisions aligned with project objectives.
