Maintenance of 33 KV and 11KV, 6.6 KV ABB HT VCB Switchgear, Schneider and Merlin-Gerin ACB LT
Switchgear, Lighting, ESP.
Operational interlocks, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Turbines,Generators, Transformers and Boiler
Auxiliaries.
Maintenance of Critical Equipment'sHTandLTmotorslike BFP,ID,PA, SA, CEP,MCWP,ACWP motors
and Troubleshooting of their control circuits.
Maintenance of HT andLTmotorslike CementMill Main Motor and Separators, Belt Conveyors, Damper's,
Compressor, Bucket Elevator's motors and troubleshooting of their control circuit.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting of VFD'S (ABB ACS580,ACS560, ABB ACS800, ABB ACS880 andYASKAWA CIMR-
F7A4132, CIMR-F7A43P7).
Controlling allElectrical activities(Troubleshooting, Synchronization, Conditionbasemonitoring etc.)
during Shift.
Troubleshootingof all electrical equipmentin CHP andAHP section during power failure or faults.

Permit Coordination for Preventive Maintenance & Monitoring.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:
 Planning and Scheduling: Every day planning and scheduling regular maintenance activitiesto
prevent breakdowns and continuously monitoring operations.
 Routine Checks: Conductroutine inspection of machinery and critical equipment's.
 Maintenance Records: Maintain detailed records of all preventive maintenance activities and reports, with company standards.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIRS:
 Breakdown Management: Check troubleshooting equipment's failures and breakdowns. Identify
issues, diagnose root causes and implement immediate corrective actions.
 Repair Support: Help in executing repairsto motor, electrical system.
 Co-ordination with Contractors: Collaborate with external contractors and suppliersfor specialized
repair service when needed.
EQUIPMENT MONITORING:
 Operation Efficiency: The power plant's and cement plant's machinery (like bfp, acw,mcw pump's
and pa,sa,id fan's and also crusher, screen, conveyors) operates efficiently, every day monitoring
critical equipment's performance.
 Performance Evaluation: Check evaluating equipment performance and recommend improvements
for reliability and efficiency.
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING:
 New Equipment: Installation and commissioning of new equipment they meet safety and
operational standards.
SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE:
 Safety standards: All maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, with safe operation of
equipment.
 Hazard Identification: Identify potential safety hazards related to machinery and provide
recommendations for corrective actions.
 Safety Inspections: Conducting regular safety inspections ofmaintenance areas.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
 Parts and Tools Inventory: Managing the inventory of spare parts, tools and maintenance materials
to avoid delays during maintenance activities.
TEAM COLLABORATION:
 Work Coordination: Work alongside senior engineer, maintenance managers and plant operation
