Senior Electrical Engineer

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer with 4-8 years of experience in electrical system design, product validation, test bench development, ATE, automation, and engineering testing. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end engineering activities including design, validation, troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and support for new product development. Experience in rail, automotive, industrial automation, or power electronics domains is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems, test benches, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), simulators, and special-purpose machines.
• Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Define and execute validation plans for electrical components and subsystems.
• Perform functional, environmental, reliability, and qualification testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for field and laboratory failures.
• Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams for component selection, qualification, and design reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
• 4-8 years of experience in electrical system design, product validation, test bench development, ATE, automation, and engineering testing.

• Experience in Rail Transportation, Automotive, Industrial Automation, Energy sectors.
• Experience with electrical components such as transformers, contactors, capacitors, reactors, relays, switchgear, busbars, and power supplies.
• Knowledge of IEC 17025, IEC 60068, IEC 61287, IEC 61377, and related standards.
