Senior Electrical Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed electrical design drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and E3D.
• Model and coordinate electrical systems, including cable trays, lighting, earthing, and equipment layouts, in E3D.
• Review and manage clash detections using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop designs that meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure designs are compliant with Oil and Gas project specifications and international standards.
• Support the preparation of material take-offs, cable schedules, and equipment lists.
• Modify and update drawings based on client and engineer feedback.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in E3D and AutoCAD (hands-on experience is a must).
• Working knowledge of Navisworks for model reviews and clash checking.
• Strong understanding of electrical design principles in Oil and Gas projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Previous work experience in the Oil and Gas sector is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality design deliverables.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
