We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing India design delivery team. You will play a key role in delivering electrical design solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects in the UK and Europe in collaboration with our UK-based counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed electrical system design and calculations: short circuit, earthing, lighting, cable sizing, and lightning protection.
- Develop construction documentation: lighting/power layouts, cable trays, earthing & LPS layouts, cable schedules.
- Prepare ELV system layouts: structured cabling, CCTV, access control, etc.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free, buildable designs.
- Provide technical support during construction phases and resolve site queries.
- Ensure design compliance with IS, IEC, NBC, and international standards (BS, EN, Network Rail – desirable).
- Prepare BOQs, technical reports, inspection/test documents, and client presentations.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Internation project experience – UK, USA, Middle east will be preferred
- 8–11 years of electrical design experience, ideally in consulting + contracting environments
- Proficiency in Amtech (Trimble), ElectricalOM, Dialux/Relux, AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP
- Strong communication skills for coordination with remote teams
- Experience with 3D BIM environments and model-based coordination
- Preferred: Gujarat-based candidates or those open to relocation
