About the Role
Looking for experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineers to lead and execute electrical design packages for large-scale commercial workplace, corporate office and interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design from design development through construction.
- Prepare/review SLDs, load calculations, electrical layouts and load schedules.
- Handle LV/LT distribution, MDB/SMDB/DB, DG, UPS, transformer and lighting systems.
- Review cable sizing, voltage drop, protection systems and electrical equipment selections.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination with HVAC, Fire, Plumbing/PHE, ELV, Architecture and Interiors.
- Review BIM/3D models and support clash resolution.
- Support value engineering, design optimisation and constructability.
- Review technical deliverables and guide Electrical Design Engineers.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, project and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS, IEC, CEA and project standards.
Must-Have Requirements
10–15 years of relevant Electrical Design experience
Strong experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out / Design & Build / Workplace projects
Experience with corporate offices / IT-ITES / GCC projects preferred
Strong knowledge of LV/LT electrical systems and MEP coordination
Experience in design review and technical ownership
Strong AutoCAD & MS Excel skills
Revit MEP / Navisworks / BIM exposure preferred
Engineering degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics preferred
