Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Job Summary:

Were seeking a dynamic and strategicSenior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the operations for our Client Company in Tiruppur.

Job Role:

Design and develop control panels for water and wastewater treatment systems.

Prepare wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and detailed bill of materials.

Select appropriate electrical components such as MCB, MCCB, relays, PLC, VFD, etc., based on project needs.

Create and review electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.

Supervise and support panel assembly, wiring, and internal testing.

Coordinate effectively with purchase, project, and site execution teams.

Conduct quality checks and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Maintain and update technical documents, revision records, and as-built drawings.

Lead and guide a team of junior engineers and technicians.

Ensure designs meet industry standards (IEC/IS) and are optimized for cost and reliability.

Requirements:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design for control panels.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN.

Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.

Salary : INR 40,000 to INR 80,000 Per Month
