- Support design and execution of skill development, employability and workforce transformation projects for government and corporate clients.
- Conduct sectoral skill gap studies, baseline assessments, and analyse labormarket data to generate insights.
- Develop training content, NSQFaligned curricula, and support ToT/ToA frameworks across priority sectors.
- Coordinate with government departments, Sector Skill Councils, training partners, and industry stakeholders for project delivery.
- Manage project documentation, monitor progress, track KPIs, and prepare highquality reports and presentations.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, DPRs, and knowledge papers in the skilling and education domain.
