Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Academic Counsellor based in Patna. The Academic Counsellor will guide and support students in selecting suitable academic programs, address their educational queries, and provide personalized advice to help them achieve their potential. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising students, coordinating with parents, maintaining detailed records of student progress, and fostering a collaborative relationship between learners and educators to ensure a fulfilling learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents
• Advisory, counseling, and mentorship skills to support learners in identifying their academic plans
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with individuals
• Prior experience in academic counseling or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with EdTech solutions and platforms is an advantage
