Senior Education Counsellor

We are looking for:

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented UK Study Abroad Counsellor who will take complete

ownership of the student conversion lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students aspiring

to study in the UK, ensuring seamless application processing, and achieving strong conversion outcomes across all

stages.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage end-to-end student journey from lead to enrollment

Achieve monthly targets for applications, deposits, and visa approvals

Manage and convert inbound leads with quick response and strong follow-ups

Provide focused counselling with accurate UK course mapping and clear recommendations

Handle objections and drive faster application and deposit closures

Ensure accurate documentation, high-quality SOP s, and timely submissions

Track and analyze funnel metrics; identify drop-offs and improve conversions

Coordinate with universities/partners for efficient processing

Share insights on lead quality and campaign performance

Contribute to team growth and support scaling of the UK vertical

Our Wish List Your Skills:

Experience in Study Abroad Counselling (UK preferred)

Strong understanding of UK admissions and visa processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales orientation with a focus on conversions

Data-driven mindset with reporting and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)

Prior experience in an Ed-Tech or Study Abroad consultancy.

Experience Required

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in study abroad counselling (UK preferred)

 Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
