About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Educational Consultant & Community Growth Coordinator to join a growing education and employability ecosystem.
This role combines educational consultancy, student engagement, community building, social media interaction, webinar presentations, and career advisory support.
You will play a key role in helping students and graduates navigate their education and career pathways while growing an engaged online community around future-ready skills, AI, employability, and international education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students on suitable education pathways and career options
- Assist prospective students with enquiries related to studying in Australia, the UK, and the US
- Stay up to date with visa rules, international student requirements, and education market trends
- Help grow and manage online learning and engagement communities
- Proactively respond to comments, messages, and social media engagement
- Drive discussions and increase community participation
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and webinar materials
- Confidently present during webinars, workshops, and online information sessions
- Support content creation and campaign engagement activities
- Follow up leads and student enquiries

- Experience growing online communities or engagement groups
- Experience using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar presentation tools
- Webinar hosting or presentation experience
- Digital marketing or social media management experience
