Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Senior Education Consultant Australia to join our dynamic

team. In this role, you will guide students through the university application and visa processes for institutions

in Australia. You will also work closely with B2B partners and internal teams to ensure a high standard of

counselling and support services.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop a deep understanding of LCI's services and products for B2B partners and clients.
  2. Manage and grow long-term client relationships and train clients on the use of LCI's portals and platforms.
  3. Provide expert counselling to students seeking to study in Australia.
  4. Assist students in identifying suitable universities based on their academic background and career goals.
  5. Support students with university applications and guide them through the visa application process.
  6. Advise on scholarships, financial aid, and other funding opportunities.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian university programs and admission criteria.
  8. Represent LCI Group at education fairs and promotional events.
  9. Maintain accurate student records and ensure strict confidentiality of all information.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of LCI Group's internal processes, policies, and services.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 4 years experience in client and partnership management.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Australian higher education systems and admissions processes.
  3. Experience in completing university applications for institutions in Australia.
  4. Familiarity with student visa application procedures and requirements.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong email and digital communication proficiency.
  7. Close attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  9. Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  10. Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
