Role Description
We are looking for a E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C channels. This full-time, on-site role based in Lower Parel West, Mumbai involves driving sales performance, optimizing marketplace operations, executing growth initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online sales across Amazon (India, US & UK), Flipkart, Shopify, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, JioMart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Own product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and marketplace operations.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and platform performance.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales and customer data, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Execute digital campaigns across marketplaces and partner platforms while optimizing ROAS and conversions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and build strong relationships with marketplace category teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and order fulfillment.
- Optimize the D2C website experience, customer journey, and conversion funnels.
- Perform A/B testing and leverage tools like Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards to improve performance.
- Support new marketplace launches and contribute to long-term e-commerce growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, preferably in FMCG or consumer brands.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and quick-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, marketplace advertising, and e-commerce analytics tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
