We are seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Executive Cataloging with strong expertise in managing beauty and personal care product catalogs across online marketplaces and brand websites. Key Responsibilities
Product Catalog Management
Create, manage, and update product listings for beauty and personal care products across multiple e-commerce and quick commerce marketplaces.
Upload and manage product catalogs including SKUs, shade variants, ingredients, usage instructions, product benefits, and product specifications.
Ensure accurate product titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and high-quality images.
Manage parent-child variations for shade ranges, pack sizes, bundles, and product collections.
Perform bulk uploads and catalog updates using Excel templates, flat files, or catalog feeds.
Marketplace Management
Manage product listings and catalog operations across platforms such as:

oFlipkart
oNykaa
oMyntra
oAjio
oBrand Website (Shopify / Magento)
oBlinkit
oZepto
oSwiggy Instamart
oOther e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
Monitor listing health and resolve suppressed listings, listing errors, attribute mismatches, and compliance issues.
Upload and manage promotional discount files and price updates across marketplaces.
Update pricing, promotional offers, bundles, and marketplace campaigns as per marketing calendars.
Ensure smooth product launches, campaign listings, and seasonal promotions.
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock availability and maintain accurate inventory levels across all platforms.
Track Stock on Hand (SOH) data and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid stockouts or overselling.
Beauty Content Optimization
Optimize product listings using SEO-friendly keywords relevant to beauty and personal care searches.
Ensure product content clearly highlights benefits, ingredients, skin type suitability, and usage/application instructions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Generate and maintain reports on catalog health, listing performance, stock movement, and product discoverability.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, brand, design, and product teams for campaign planning and product launches.
