Job Description: Senior Duck Creek Billing – P&C Insurance

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Billing Consultant with hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing (DCB) within the P&C Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in billing processes, system configuration, and premium reconciliation, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable billing solutions.

This role requires a strong functional–technical background and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

4–8 years of experience in P&C Insurance IT, with strong focus on Duck Creek Billing
Strong understanding of:
Billing lifecycle (invoicing, payments, collections, refunds)
Billing configuration and workflows
Hands-on experience with:
Duck Creek Author & Manuscripts
Integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of SQL/data validation
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
