Designation: Formwork Drawing Draughtsman

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to understand formwork requirements.
• Prepare detailed formwork drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Use CAD software and drafting tools to prepare accurate, scaled drawings.
• Prepare technical documentation including dimensions, annotations, material specifications, and assembly details.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design requirements.
• Identify and rectify errors, discrepancies, and omissions in drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site modifications, and client requirements.
• Provide technical clarification to construction teams regarding formwork assembly and installation.
• Manage drawing schedules and ensure timely submission as per project requirements.
• Maintain proper records and archives of drawings, revisions, and related documents.

Support continuous improvement in formwork drawing processes and drafting efficiency.
