Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Drafter specializing in Interior Design. The individual will be responsible for preparing detailed design drawings, creating technical drafts, and collaborating with architects, designers, and project teams to bring concepts to execution. Key tasks include updating project documentation, ensuring design consistency, and adhering to project timelines and standards. The Senior Drafter will also analyze technical specifications, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide innovative design solutions for a diverse range of projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in drafting with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Thorough understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and finishing details
• Strong ability in reading, interpreting, and creating technical drawings and specifications
• Experience in drafting Reflected Ceiling Plans and associated MEP Systems
• Experience collaborating on multidisciplinary projects and working with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills to effectively work in a team-oriented environment
• Professional educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in executing interior projects in sectors such as Healthcare, Hospitality, or Transportation is a plus
