About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Full Stack .NET development, strong proficiency in SQL Server, and hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
This role requires a technology leader who can drive end-to-end solution development, collaborate effectively with clients, mentor engineering teams, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Will also lead in driving DevOps best practices, with strong command of Azure and working knowledge of AWS.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead full-stack development efforts using .NET Core/ASP.NET, C#, Vue.js or React.js, and SQL Server.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to developers.
Full-Stack Engineering
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components in .NET.
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Vue.js or React.js.
- Optimize and manage SQL Server databases, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
DevOps & Cloud
- Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and infrastructure automation.
- Implement and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure (primary) and AWS (secondary).
- Ensure application reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical recommendations, and build trust.
- Act as a liaison between engineering, QA, product, and client stakeholders.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and engineering delivery commitments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong full-stack capabilities.
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET / C#, ASP.NET Core, and related ecosystems.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, optimization, indexing, design).
- Solid experience with Vue.js or React.js (at least one framework is mandatory).
- Proven expertise with Azure DevOps tooling and cloud services.
- Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3 or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and code quality mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or serverless.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale solution delivery.
- BTech / B.E /MCA /M.Tech any one preferred.
