Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Windows application development, .NET technologies, Web Services, SQL, and software architecture. The ideal candidate should have excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving abilities, along with experience leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Required Skills

Core .NET Development

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
• Hands-on experience in Windows Application (WinForms/WPF) development
• Experience developing ASP.NET web applications
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles

Web Services

• Strong experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with SOAP Web Services
• Good understanding of WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)

Database

• Strong expertise in SQL Server
• Advanced SQL programming
• Query optimization and performance tuning
• Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Indexing
• Database design and normalization

Architecture & Design

• Strong understanding of software architecture
• Knowledge of design patterns (Factory, Repository, Dependency Injection, etc.)
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable enterprise applications
• Understanding of microservices architecture is preferred

Problem Solving & Debugging

• Excellent analytical and logical thinking
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Performance optimization techniques

Development Practices

• Code reviews and adherence to coding standards
• Unit testing and integration testing
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Agile/Scrum development experience

AI-Assisted Development (Preferred)

Experience using AI development tools such as:

• GitHub Copilot
• Claude
• Cursor
• Other AI-assisted coding tools for development, debugging, code review, and documentation

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to mentor junior developers
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management
• Self-driven with a continuous learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD
• Experience with enterprise-scale application development
