Senior Dotnet Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Developer to spearhead the technical evolution and maintenance of our flagship Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software. You will be responsible for a sophisticated C# .NET ecosystem that automates complex financial lifting, including multi-currency consolidations, forecasting, and real-time reporting.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in the .NET stack and has a proven track record of building interactive, data-heavy dashboards similar to Power BI functionality. This role requires a Data Architect mindset—someone who understands the intersection of high-level code and complex financial logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Engineering: Maintain and extend the application backend using C# .NET, ensuring the absolute mathematical accuracy of financial calculation engines.
• Data Visualization: Design and optimize interactive, Power BI-like dashboards and reporting engines capable of handling massive, multi-dimensional datasets.
• Financial Logic Implementation: Develop and refine complex algorithms for scenario modeling, period-end closes, and global consolidations according to GAAP/IFRS standards.
• System Integration: Manage and build native integrations with major enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
• Architecture & Scalability: Oversee the transition between monolithic and microservices architectures while ensuring high performance during heavy lift periods like month-end financial closes.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage deployments for both cloud-hosted (AWS/Azure) and on-premise client environments, utilizing CI/CD pipelines and containerization.

Technical Requirements

• Expertise in .NET: 7+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Data Mastering: Advanced knowledge of SQL Server or similar relational databases, with a focus on high-volume transaction processing and schema optimization.
• Frontend Prowess: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular) to build complex, responsive data grids and charts.
• Reporting Tools: Experience building or integrating custom reporting engines and data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Highcharts, or SignalR for real-time updates).
• Security Mindset: Deep understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SSO/MFA implementation, and financial data encryption standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain Knowledge: Professional background in FinTech, EPM software, or accounting systems (deep understanding of General Ledgers, P&L, and Balance Sheets).
• Cloud Operations: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing multi-tenant cloud architectures.
• Legacy Refactoring: Proven ability to identify and resolve technical debt within established C# codebases.
