Senior .NET Developer — Azure Cloud & Containers

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong, hands-on Azure experience to build and support scalable cloud-native applications. This role is ideal for an engineer who's moved beyond just writing code to owning how that code runs in production — from infrastructure provisioning to container deployment to root-causing issues under pressure. .NET Core and Azure experience are mandatory for this role.

Key Skills

• C#, .NET Core/.NET 8 — Mandatory
• Microsoft Azure — App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus — mandatory
• Azure Resource Manager (ARM) — hands-on provisioning and infrastructure-as-code experience
• Docker containers on Azure — deployment and management experience (AKS/ACI)
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD) — pipeline design and release management
• Logging, diagnostics & troubleshooting — across application, container, and cloud infrastructure layers
• SQL Server
• REST APIs & Microservices
• Git/GitHub
• Strong problem-solving and design fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, deployed on Azure
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Azure Resource Manager
• Build, deploy, and manage Docker containers on Azure, ensuring reliable containerized delivery
• Own logging, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across the application and infrastructure stack
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding and architecture standards
• Collaborate closely with leads, architects, and cross-functional teams on technical design
• Contribute to sprint planning and execution, delivering on committed timelines
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and reliability of existing systems

Nice to Have

• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines end-to-end
• Prior experience working with or for Microsoft or Tier-1 IT services organizations
