Role Description The Senior Dotnet Developer contract role is a remote position responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable .NET applications. Day-to-day work includes implementing new features with .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC, writing clean and testable code, and applying object-oriented programming principles to build robust solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, refine technical designs, and participate in code reviews. The developer will troubleshoot and optimize existing applications, ensure secure and performant implementations, and contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement of the development process.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Software Development experience, including end-to-end application lifecycle management.
• Candidates should possess hands-on expertise with .NET Core and related frameworks.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with ASP.NET MVC for building web applications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and integration with external services is beneficial.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and debugging tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based setting and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
