Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core (8.0), C#, and ASP.NET
- Build and support complex, algorithmheavy systems where correctness and performance are critical
- Translate clearly articulated business requirements into precise, welldesigned code changes
- Collaborate closely with the Sydneybased business to support and execute testing of changes
- Apply OOP, SOLID principles, and strong engineering judgement to deliver maintainable solutions
- Actively learn and apply financial domain knowledge
- Ability to work in an agile environment and handle endtoend development responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 310 years of professional experience in .NET development
- Strong inclination to work within the financial services domain; experience with repo products, secured funding, or lending is highly regarded Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business language and technical implementation
- Experience and strong interest in algorithmdriven or computationintensive applications
- Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problemsolving techniques Strong handson experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
