- Proven experience in designing, developing, and leading software development projects

- .NET and React.js are mandatory.
- Candidate must be technically strong and capable of hands-on programming.
- .NET and React.js experience must be clearly mentioned in project experience, not just listed under Key Skills/Technical Skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate practical implementation and ownership of projects using both technologies.
- Experience in team leadership, project delivery, and engineering management is preferred.
