Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of web developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Oversee the development of web-based applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C# and VB.NET.
Ensure the use of best practices and the latest technologies, including .NET Framework 4.7 and above, JavaScript, MVC, JQuery, and more.
Design and implement robust database solutions, leveraging SQL Server 2016 and above.
Manage source control using GIT and ensure code quality and consistency.
Develop and integrate Web Services, Web APIs, and apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Utilize HTML5, CSS, XML, and XSLT to create responsive and high-performance web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing web-based applications using ASP.NET and C#.
Proficiency in .NET Framework 4.7 and above.
Strong experience with JavaScript, MVC, JQuery, and other modern web technologies.
Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016 and above.
Familiarity with source control systems like GIT.
Expertise in Web Services, Web API, and OOP principles.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS, XML, XSLT, React JS, Node JS, and Angular.
Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, FHIR APIs, or HL7 is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to guide and inspire a team.
