We are looking for an experienced Senior Domestic Recruiter with strong expertise in India-based recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing candidates across multiple skill sets and industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment processes.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and networking channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

Qualifications

8+ Years

Required Skills

• Strong experience in India domestic recruitment is mandatory.
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
