Job Purpose
The Data Privacy Operations role is responsible for end-to-end operational handling of data principal rights and consent management in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and associated rules. The role will act as the execution arm of the privacy function, ensuring timely, accurate, and auditable responses to privacy requests raised by customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications And Experience
- Qualifications
- Post-Graduates or Graduates with 3-4 years of experience in data privacy operations, preferably in NBFCs. Banks, fintech or regulated financial institutions.
- Work Experience
- Experience handling customer-facing regulatory requests at scale.
- Practical exposure to privacy tools (CRMs, ticketing systems, data discovery tools).
- Experience in handling customer grievances from a privacy point of view.
- Ability to interpret legal requirements into operational workflows.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
