Senior Domain Architect

• We are seeking an experienced M365 Architect to join our team
• The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and implementing advanced functions of M365, focusing on security, governance, and compliance
• This role involves providing second-level and higher support for M365 apps and Azure/Multi-cloud solutions
• Additionally, the candidate will oversee a team of SMEs, manage, and facilitate the design of large-scale solutions within M365 products
• Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Microsoft 365 services and solutions
• Implement advanced functions of M365 and/or Azure AD Premium, including security, governance, and compliance
• Present M365 solutions to stakeholders
• Plan and manage M365 projects
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Manage change control processes
• Provide technical leadership in deploying Microsoft 365
• Oversee a team of SMEs and support engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and related technologies
• Continuously improve skill sets and stay current with M365 and multi-cloud technologies
• Qualifications: Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and solutions
• Strong presentation skills
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect or similar role
• Proficient in planning and designing IT solutions
• Knowledge of audit and compliance standards
• Experience with change control management
• ITIL foundation certification
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and software coding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
