Job Title: Senior Doctor – Naturopathy ( Head of Department )

Role Overview
The Senior Doctor – Naturopathy will lead the Naturopathy Department as its Head of Department (HOD), overseeing clinical operations, patient care, and therapeutic program development. This role requires deep expertise in naturopathic medicine, leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary team, and the ability to integrate traditional healing practices with modern healthcare standards in a luxury wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Department Leadership: Direct and supervise the Naturopathy Department, ensuring excellence in patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Clinical Oversight: Diagnose, prescribe, and monitor naturopathic treatments tailored to individual patient needs.
- Program Development: Design and implement therapeutic programs combining naturopathy, diet, yoga, and lifestyle interventions.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide junior doctors, therapists, and support staff in clinical and professional development.
- Patient Engagement: Provide consultations, educate patients on holistic healing, and ensure personalized care.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to medical ethics, hospital protocols, and statutory healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS).
- Minimum 12 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of naturopathic therapies, dietetics, detoxification, hydrotherapy, and lifestyle medicine.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance patient-centric care with operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with luxury wellness standards and international patient expectations.
