LueinAnalytics is looking for a Senior Django Backend Engineer to architect, secure, and scale high-value transactional systems. The role involves building robust backend infrastructure that bridges enterprise-grade databases with decentralized technologies while maintaining strong security, precision, and scalability standards.
Location: Remote (IST Timezone)
Engagement Type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: 6 Months (High probability of extension for an additional 6–12 months based on performance)
Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs using Django and Django REST Framework (DRF)
- Architect and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, transactions, and row-level locking strategies
- Implement production-grade security measures and safeguard systems against OWASP vulnerabilities
- Configure and manage secure file storage pipelines using AWS S3, IPFS, and related technologies
- Integrate blockchain/Web3 systems using Web3.py and blockchain RPC nodes
- Customize and optimize Django Admin for internal tooling and operational monitoring
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of production experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF)
- Advanced PostgreSQL expertise including:
- Performance tuning
- Index optimization
- Raw SQL optimization within Django ORM
- Experience handling high-precision financial data using Python's decimal module
- Hands-on experience with Web3/blockchain integrations and decentralized storage concepts
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS
- Strong understanding of authentication and security protocols including OAuth2 and JWT
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with Django + Node.js hybrid architectures
- Familiarity with KYC/AML integrations and compliance workflows
