Role- Digital Transformation for Healthcare Domain (Payor and Providers)
Location - Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad
Role Purpose
- WNS is seeking a visionary Digital Transformation leader to drive business transformation using next-generation technologies.
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and build scalable digital capabilities.
- Advance applied research in emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, Agentic Systems, and HyperAutomation.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes for WNS and its clients.
- Bring strong healthcare industry expertise across payers and providers.
Digital Transformation Leadership
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives aligned with client business objectives.
- Engage with clients to understand organizational challenges, operating models, and priorities.
- Design innovative digital solutions, functional architectures, and deployment strategies.
- Take a hands-on role across the transformation lifecycle (strategy, solutioning, architecture, delivery).
- Partner with client CXOs and senior WNS leadership to define and execute transformation roadmaps.
Industry Knowledge
- Leverage deep healthcare industry experience across payers and providers.
- Build digital solutions, capabilities, and products for healthcare clients.
- Apply expertise across UM, clinical, RCM, and administrative functions.
- Develop thought leadership in healthcare digital transformation.
- Understand the impact of data, AI, Agentic AI, and CX across the healthcare ecosystem.
Capability Development
- Build and scale digital transformation capabilities (frameworks, accelerators, best practices, reusable assets).
- Enable teams through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive adoption of AI, GenAI, Agentic systems, and HyperAutomation across engagements.
- Establish governance models, deployment strategies, and operating frameworks.
