Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented
Sr. Director / Vice President – Digital Infrastructure Services to lead and scale our global Digital Infrastructure and Managed Services business.
The role will have end-to-end ownership of
service delivery, operational excellence, client relationships, business growth, large-scale transformation, presales, and commercial performance across global infrastructure services.
The ideal leader will bring a strong blend of
technology expertise, business acumen, executive client engagement, large-scale delivery leadership, and experience in building and growing managed services portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Infrastructure & Managed Services Leadership
- Lead global managed infrastructure services across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, End User Computing, and Hybrid Infrastructure.
- Own service delivery excellence, SLA/KPI performance, operational governance, and continuous improvement.
- Establish scalable global delivery models across multiple geographies.
- Drive standardization, automation, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Business & P&L Ownership
- Own the growth, profitability, and overall performance of the Digital Infrastructure Services business.
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, service offerings, and strategic partnerships.
- Client & Executive Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CXOs, and senior business stakeholders.
- Serve as the executive escalation point for strategic clients and large engagements.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews, governance meetings, strategic roadmap discussions, and customer success initiatives.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, account expansion, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Presales, Solutioning & Large Deal Leadership
- Lead and support large-scale RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and managed services pursuits.
- Define solution architecture, operating models, transition strategies, and commercial frameworks.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to develop:
- Strategic value propositions
- TCO and ROI models
- Pricing and commercial strategies
- Solution presentations and client proposals
- Drive solution standardization, reusable frameworks, and scalable service offerings.
- Digital Transformation & Innovation
Lead The Transformation Of Traditional Infrastructure Services Through
- Cloud Transformation: AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP
- AIOps and Observability
- Automation and Infrastructure as Code: Python, Ansible, Terraform
- DevOps and SRE Practices
- Cloud-Native Platforms: Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Legacy modernization and hybrid infrastructure transformation
- Platform-led and outcome-based service models
- Governance, Risk & Operational Excellence
- Establish strong governance frameworks across weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Define operational dashboards, metrics, and performance management systems.
- Drive ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, and Availability Management.
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, security governance, and enterprise risk management.
- Lead Continuous Service Improvement and transformation programs.
- People & Leadership
- Lead and scale large global delivery organizations of 100+ professionals.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession planning framework.
- Develop high-performing teams through mentoring, capability building, and career development.

Required Experience & Expertise
- 18+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cloud Services, or Technology Services.
- Proven experience leading large-scale global infrastructure or managed services portfolios.
- Strong experience in P&L ownership, business growth, operational leadership, and client engagement.
- Experience managing large global teams and multi-geography delivery models.
- Strong track record in presales, solutioning, RFP responses, large deal pursuits, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and enterprise customers.
