Head - Valuations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global Valuation Control strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee IPV, Fair Value Adjustments (FVA), PVA/AVA, Levelling, Model Validation, and Valuation Methodology
- Partner with Front Office, Market Risk, Product Control, Finance, Model Risk, and Regulators
- Drive valuation analytics, controls enhancement, technology transformation, and process excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing global teams
What We're Looking For
- 20+ years of experience in Valuation Control and Financial Markets
- Deep expertise across FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities, XVA, and complex derivatives
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership experience managing large global teams and senior stakeholders
- CPA, CA, CFA, ACCA, CQM, or equivalent qualifications preferred
Note : Open to Candidates looking to relocate back to India from Singapore/ UK/ USA with Strong Investment Banking – Product Control experience
