Job Description: Senior Director Decision Intelligence Practice

Role Summary

The Senior Director for Decision Intelligence will lead the practice focused on enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, AI/ML, Gen-AI and Agentic AI solutions, and automation. This role is responsible for defining the strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring successful delivery of Decision Intelligence solutions across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Decision Intelligence offerings.
• Establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, and decision automation.
• Oversee design and deployment of composable AI solutions, leveraging platforms and proprietary frameworks.
• Drive implementation of predictive models, generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and optimization techniques for business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on AI strategy, data modernization, and decision augmentation.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with client objectives and compliance standards.
• Implement standards for AI governance, ethical practices, and MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.
• Monitor solution performance and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and solution architects.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to craft proactive solution pitches and drive business growth.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise data solutions.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, and decision automation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, vector databases, and advanced NLP techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI technologies.
