Measures of Success
In three months, your goals will be:Understand the category and brand objectives for the year.
Take initiative to contribute to the agency's goals for the year.
In six months:Successfully lead the account and engage with the client on the brand's media approach.
Initiate and deliver at least two key projects.
Master the in-house products/software and be able to demonstrate them during client conversations.
In 12 months:Work on award entries to showcase campaign excellence.
Build high credibility with both your team and the client.
What Your Day Job Looks Like
Provide strategic communications & planning leadership for your assigned brands.
Build effective media interventions based on strong communication planning.
Act as a senior-level client contact and lead strategic conversations on media and communication planning, with a strong understanding of cross-channel media strategy.
Be responsible for your planning team's career development and progression.
Develop creative and disruptive communication innovations aligned with the client's business, customer, and brand goals.
Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience in FMCG.
Expertise in TV planning and a working knowledge of digital platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present well.
Agency experience is preferred.
You are persuasive, proactive, and skilled in stakeholder management.
You excel at creating compelling presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 8-12 years of total experience handling both offline and digital media.
Experience handling FMCG clients in top agencies is preferred.
