Senior Director Technology

Our client is a leading global financial institution establishing a strategic technology capability center in India to support its long-term digital transformation agenda. This is a senior leadership opportunity to build and lead a highly performing technology organization responsible for delivering enterprise platforms, modern engineering capabilities, and business aligned technology solutions across global markets. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and global stakeholders to drive technology strategy, execution excellence, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with the organization's global business and digital priorities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and platforms with a strong focus on engineering quality, scalability, and innovation.
• Build and scale a high-performing technology team across architecture, software engineering, and delivery functions.
• Partner with global business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable delivery roadmaps.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 18+ years of experience in technology leadership within banking, financial services, or similar set-ups.
• Proven experience leading large-scale application development and enterprise technology delivery organizations.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, architecture, digital platforms, and modern technology transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading large offshore or global technology teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and executive leadership.
