  • In 12 months, you will have:Emerged as the go-to person for Strategy & Insights solutions for both internal teams and clients.

  • Mastered the art of delivering award-winning solutions for clients.
  • Identified and nurtured key partnerships for the organization.

What Your Day Job Looks Like At Mindshare

  • Drive the strategy function and direction for the organization.
  • Continuously stay informed about industry, technology, data, and communication trends to devise strategic directions for both clients and the organization.
  • Meet regularly with partners in data, technology, creative, and academia to drive organizational-level partnerships.
  • Lead data war rooms, market mix modeling, and strategic thinking for key clients across various industries.
  • Craft strategies based on outcome-led thinking and ensure adaptive, agile data roadmaps.
  • Build strategies using the Mindshare strategic thinking framework for your client portfolio.
  • Continuously read and learn to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Identify key business challenges and provide sharp, consumer-rooted solutions.
  • Utilize client, third-party, and internal data to derive actionable insights that translate into strategic communication planning.
  • Devise methodologies and systems to continuously measure business outcomes resulting from marketing and communication activities.
  • Communicate complex ideas and insights in a simple, applicable way to ensure learnings are embedded and have a real impact.
  • Conceptualize and institute consumer surveys.
  • Make compelling presentations to top management, marketing teams, and public groups, communicating complex ideas in an understandable and applicable way.
  • Use both digital and non-digital communication solutions to create integrated plans.
  • Act as a senior-level client contact and lead strategic conversations on media and communication planning.

What You'll Bring

  • Prior work experience in Research or Media.
  • Knowledge of Communications Strategy and Account Planning is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • The ability to design, implement, and analyze primary research with minimal supervision.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience handling FMCG or Broadcast clients in top agencies is preferred.
  • Advanced working knowledge of BARC is a must.
  • Working knowledge of secondary research tools like TGI, IRS, comScore, and AppAnnie is preferred.
  • Post-graduate degree in Marketing, Research, Statistics, or a relevant field.
