Essential Skills
- Strong domain expertise in one or multiple areas
- RCM processes
- Front-end - Scheduling, Registration, EV/ BV etc..
- Mid-Cycle - Medical Coding, HCC coding, Charge entry etc. and
- Backend - AR, Denial Management, Payment posting, Revenue integrity etc.
- Analytics Analyze, Interpret and summarize data in providing insightful updates to leadership and for taking it to client for discussions, create staffing strategies.
- Suggest and validate Technology driven solutions based on In-house capabilities and Industry requirements.
- Creating transformative & compelling solutions which will drive savings to customers.
- Understanding of different pricing methodologies like transaction based, contingency based, FTE based. Experience in creating them will be an added advantage.
Job description
- As part of the Pre-Sales and Solutions team you will play a critical role in the overall growth strategy and will directly report to AVP Solutions.
- Responsible for acquiring new clients by selling services provided by Omega, building strong and sustainable relationships with the Management and decision-makers.
- Help Company meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- Expected to have a thorough understanding of the business to be able to propose tailor-made products/services to the potential customers
- Work closely with the senior leadership to achieve organizational goals
- Ability to build and lead large deals single handedly and lead team members
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls/meetings; strong negotiation skills are essential.
- Lead any due diligence and discovery workshops
- Drive complete end to end Solutions / Pricing
- Drive meetings, maintain minutes to ensure stakeholders are aware of the scope of the RFP and timely follow up on open items.
- Ensure timely completion of customer submission documents adhering to deadlines
- Work with Sales team/Client services and all internal support teams to respond RFP, RFIs and other pre-sales deliverables
- Ensure successful conversion of opportunities.
- Maintain a culture of high customer service both internal and external
- Continue to build domain capability in chosen sub-domain, including keeping updated on new technology, regulations, etc.
PREREQUISITES TO HIRE
- Ability to lead discussions with U.S based clients and across internal team
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Medium to advanced level skill in MS office tools like excel, power point, word, Visio, etc.
- Good Communication Skills Both Verbal and Written.
- Eye for Details, Logical thinking.
- Good Analytical Skills and should be a quicker learner.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently under the pressure of deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Sensitivity to the confidential nature of the data and proprietary company information
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Graduate from any stream with minimum 12+ years of Exp in US Healthcare Industry (Payer or Provider or Both)
- Strong Analytical skills
