20+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the hardware practice aligned with organizational growth.
Lead and scale a team of 100+ hardware engineers across multiple geographies and domains.
Own P&L responsibility and deliver profitable growth in the hardware vertical.
Engage with C-level stakeholders, customers, and partners to influence strategic outcomes.
Foster a culture of technical depth, innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Proven ability to build and manage large-scale, high-performance engineering teams.
Hands-on expertise in board design, high-speed digital, analog/power design, silicon engineering, embedded firmware, Mechanical enclosures and FPGAs.
Strong background in high-speed interfaces, server-class hardware, and platform-level design.
Experience with global compliance and certification standards (UL, CE, FCC, ISO, RoHS).
