Role Summary: Seeking a Data Science Leader with 18+ yrs in marketing analytics (MMM, attribution, segmentation, optimization) and AI/ML, including GenAI & Agentic AI. Drive client transformation and build internal capabilities across CPG, Retail, E-Commerce, Media, or HiTech. Responsibilities: Lead pre-sales for analytics & AI deals: solution design, RFPs, PoCs. Engage CXOs, deliver solutions spanning classical analytics & AI/ML (personalization, recommendations, GenAI). Build and mentor teams; define competency frameworks; drive talent development. Collaborate with business, industry, and tech teams for scalable offerings. Skills: Marketing analytics, AI/ML (predictive, NLP, personalization), GenAI tools (prompt engineering, LangChain, LLMOps), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), consulting & storytelling, leadership & team building.
