Senior Director, Private Equity Fund Services (Singapore) (CLOSED)

An established alternative investment services platform is seeking a senior leader to drive the growth, strategic development, and operational excellence of its Private Equity and Alternative Fund Services business across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a Regional Leadership role for an experienced fund services professional to influence business strategy, lead regional teams, and partner with some of the industry's most sophisticated alternative investment managers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with broader business objectives
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives
• Lead new business development efforts, client pitches, and strategic negotiations
• Strengthen the firm's presence within the private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment sectors
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and deepen client relationships

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the senior relationship lead for key regional clients
• Provide strategic guidance on fund structures, operating models, and industry best practices
• Partner with clients on complex operational, accounting, and reporting requirements
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and market engagements

Operational & Service Delivery Oversight

• Oversee fund administration and client servicing activities across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure high standards of operational excellence, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain robust internal controls and scalable operating frameworks
• Drive automation, process optimisation, and operational improvement initiatives
• Support the onboarding of new fund structures and complex client mandates

Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams and fund services professionals
• Build organisational capability and succession planning across the business
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Partner with global stakeholders to drive consistency and best practices across locations

Key Requirements

• At least 18+ years of experience within private equity fund administration, alternative investments, fund services, or asset management
• Deep understanding of private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment structures
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, investor reporting, and operational frameworks
• Strong leadership experience managing regional or multi-jurisdiction teams
• Proven track record in business growth, client management, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial management skills
