Role Objective :
Looking for a Client Partner / Sales Leader who can drive business growth within Bank of America (BoFA) by leveraging existing relationships, sales experience with preferred vendors, and strong solutioning capabilities.
Must-Have Requirements :
- Recent Sales Experience (3–5 years) with BoFA through:
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong existing relationships within BoFA (Hyderabad / Chennai / Mumbai)
- Experience in IT services / consulting sales
Core Responsibilities
- Drive account growth and revenue generation within BoFA
- Build and leverage CXO / senior stakeholder relationships
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with:
- Pre-sales
- Solutioning teams
- Delivery teams
- Create customized solutions aligned to client needs
- Stay updated with market trends (Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, etc.)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong hunter mindset + relationship-driven sales approach
- Deep understanding of BFSI domain (Banking/Financial Services)
- Ability to navigate large enterprise accounts (like BoFA)
- Experience working in large IT services firms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
