About The Team
The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our Configuration Management platform, an auditable, automated platform that reduces risk and accelerates deployments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the enterprise Configuration Management platform, aligning with technical and product organizational needs
- Standardize application configuration management and change review processes and drive automation and standardization in configuration management
- Lead technical implementation of an extensible configuration management platform for internal and external use within products
- Oversee platform integration with entitlements platforms
- Ensure operational excellence and vendor management for platform reliability and deliverability
What You Bring
- 15+ years in engineering organizations, including leading highperforming teams in highgrowth software environments
- Leadership experience with configuration management or DevSecOps platforms
- Experience collaborating with internal and external customers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
- Technical knowledge of configuration management, change processes, and entitlements
- Experience building development teams with a strong background in modern, cloud-native technologies and partnering effectively with senior executives
- Strong background in technology and financial services with deep knowledge of engineering talent, software delivery, and modern practices (Lean, Agile, DevOps)
- Proven success in hiring, mentoring, and inspiring top engineering talent
- Experienced in driving technology transformation and supporting the creation of marketleading consumer products
